Key Responsibilities

  • •Review incoming messages from external banks/clients and index them into GIN cases per procedure.
  • •Investigate enquiries, identify root causes, and take cases to closure according to procedures.
  • •Contact external banks through SWIFT correspondence messages.
  • •Pass payments adjustment entries on client accounts, internal accounts, and nostro accounts; follow up for confirmation.
  • •Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, follow defined procedures, and deliver with accuracy and timeliness.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or post graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or MBA (Finance).
  • •Up to 6 years of experience in payments investigations.
  • •Strong payments knowledge and investigations experience.
  • •Payments certification is an added advantage.
  • •Logical understanding of payment flow.
