Job Summary

Own OnePay credit program growth across a Walmart territory by partnering with market and store leadership to increase applications, new accounts, and credit sales. Lead in-store execution of marketing and merchandising, coach store and market teams through field engagement, and ensure regional strategies are rolled out consistently and compliantly. •Partner with Market and Store leadership to create and implement action plans that improve credit performance and adoption.
•Own in-store execution of marketing programs, merchandising, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring consistent rollout of regional strategies.
•Train and coach store and market teams through ongoing field engagement and performance-focused education.
•Provide performance reporting and recommendations, monitor competitive activity, ensure compliance by auditing signage and POS materials, and manage travel/field marketing budgets.

Travel: Extensive travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience in Financial Services Field or Retail Store Management, or HS diploma/GED and 5+ years in the same areas.
•Minimum 3 years of field or outside sales experience.
•Minimum 2 years of Client Relationship Management experience.
•Minimum 2 years of experience developing presentations and pitching to all levels of management.
•Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; willing to travel up to 75% and must live within the territory.
