Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, turning real workflows into AI-powered assistants, agents, and automation across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, and payments. You’ll integrate LLMs with internal data and business systems, design evaluation and reliable fallback flows, and prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works—improving speed, quality, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI-powered workflows, assistants, agents, and automation systems.
•Apply AI across customer support, CRM, onboarding, claims, renewals, payments, operations, and internal tools.
•Work with product and engineering teams to turn manual processes into scalable AI-native systems.
•Build integrations with LLMs, internal data, APIs, documents, knowledge bases, and business systems.
•Design evaluation, monitoring, and fallback flows; prototype, test with users/operators, and productionize what works.

Key Requirements

•Strong software engineering foundation, preferably with Python and backend systems.
•Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, agents, RAG, workflow automation, or AI tools.
•Ability to connect AI systems with real product, data, and operational workflows.
•Good judgment on when AI helps versus when rule-based systems or human review are better.
•Understanding of evaluation, accuracy, latency, cost, privacy, and failure modes.
