Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the strategy, development, and implementation of the airline’s ground and inflight soft products, including amenity kits and onboard/premium items.
  • •Use program management and strategic roadmaps to drive decisions through data and customer insights, communicating with stakeholders and leadership.
  • •Lead soft product strategy activities such as evaluating initiatives, identifying opportunities, incorporating frontline feedback, and managing budgets and funding requests.
  • •Develop customer research strategies, monitor competitive landscape and trends, and maintain resource documents for ad-hoc competitive analysis.
  • •Support the team manager and assume leadership when the manager is absent or out of office; collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Product Design, Business Management, Transportation, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience/training).
