Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage day-to-day administration and maintenance of employee records in the HRIS for new hires, existing employees, and exiting employees.
  • •Prepare, process, and maintain HR documents and letters using standard templates such as offer letters and confirmation/verification letters.
  • •Support background verification and reference check processes according to defined guidelines.
  • •Manage and coordinate employee screening and compliance cases, ensuring timely completion and follow-up for outstanding information and documentation.
  • •Identify, document, and escalate exception cases or compliance risks while ensuring adherence to internal HR policies, data privacy norms, and statutory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of relevant HR operations / HR shared services experience.
  • •Knowledge or proficiency in HRIS platforms including Workday, Oracle, SAP, or SuccessFactors.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle process-driven work with high accuracy.
  • •Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet service-level targets.
  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
