Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and implement client development strategies to expand new corporate clients and increase corporate client coverage and market share.
  • •Achieve annual performance targets for deposits, interest income, fee-based income, and cross-border referrals.
  • •Deepen cooperation with existing corporate clients by identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities and expanding diversified corporate banking product coverage.
  • •Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, industry research, and credit risk assessments, including credit investigations and risk judgment for credit projects.
  • •Ensure compliance with national financial regulations and internal policies by executing KYC, AML, CDD, and monitoring portfolio asset quality while proposing risk prevention and resolution plans; mentor junior relationship managers and collaborate with internal departments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.
  • •8+ years of solid experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, or related financial institutions, with a track record in corporate client relationship management and business development.
  • •Excellent business negotiation, business development, and client communication skills, including effective communication with corporate senior management.
  • •In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products, plus strong skills in corporate financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and project underwriting.
  • •Strong problem-solving ability and pressure resistance, with integrity, professionalism, and awareness of team collaboration.
