Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage applicable engineering drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • •Communicate with internal/external stakeholders across all project stages and coordinate information flow through meetings and written updates.
  • •Support scheduling by providing progress updates and help with field coordination between general contractor, commissioning agent, and client.
  • •Conduct field walks and punch walks with contractors and the architect/MEP engineering team.
  • •Ensure QA/QC compliance, perform engineering quality reviews prior to submission, and support close out documentation and reporting on progress/KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering background with strong mechanical knowledge/experience and MEP expertise.
  • •Experience supporting delivery of construction and capital projects, including complex, multidisciplinary stakeholder environments.
  • •Owner’s representation consulting mindset and ability to manage client relationships across project delivery teams.
  • •Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •Project Management experience (or PMP) plus strong verbal and written communication skills.
