Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent, and typically 5+ years of experience in HVAC; technical school or formal training preferred.
  • •EPA Certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (smartphone/iPad).
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding work including ladder use and accessing rooftops at heights up to 15’–20’, occasionally up to 50 feet.
