Job Summary

Produce, edit, and publish video for podcasts, YouTube, and short-form social. Work closely with marketing leadership and the brand team across the full workflow—from filming and b-roll capture to fast turnaround edits and platform-specific packaging. Help drive performance by monitoring metrics and iterating quickly based on what resonates. This is an in-person NYC internship with a fast cadence and frequent production.

Key Responsibilities

•Edit short-form video from podcast recordings, event footage, and shoots, including cuts, captions, hooks, thumbnails, and platform-optimized packaging.
•Assist on shoots with setup, camera operation, b-roll capture, and lighting for in-office and on-location filming.
•Publish video content to X, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram on a consistent schedule following the publishing calendar.
•Turn edits around quickly, including same-day and next-day cuts for events and launches.
•Send videos for review and communicate proactively on status, blockers, and timelines while tracking basic performance metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 - 25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Have demonstrated video editing ability with a portfolio, personal account, or reel for short-form social.
•Be proficient in a professional editing tool such as Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or DaVinci.
•Understand how content performs on X, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram (what stops the scroll and why).
•Be comfortable with camera and audio basics or eager to learn quickly on set.
•Be detail-oriented and able to respond well to feedback and fast iteration.
