Key Responsibilities

•Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance and assist higher-level technicians in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical services.
•Maintain fluid levels, change filters, document and analyze fluid usage, and operate and maintain fluids filtration equipment.
•Proactively perform basic equipment maintenance (turnarounds, robot booth cleaning, removing swarf/grit, cleaning and servicing parts washers, replacing de-ionized water bottles).
•Complete administrative maintenance tasks and associated paperwork while monitoring fluids, filters, and consumable inventories.
•Document work in SAP CMMS, use the shop floor Andon system, follow safe work practices, maintain inspection records, and keep up to date on EH&S/OSHA training requirements.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED with post-secondary education in maintenance and/or 2-4 years of equivalent maintenance experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required.
•Basic mechanical and electrical skills with a desire to pursue a skilled trades career.
•Familiarity with OSHA and general safety practices.
•Technical aptitude in mechanics, rigging, hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, electrical, automation, and PLC/CNCs (preferred).
