  • •Manage complex employee relations and performance cases, including conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • •Partner with leadership to improve employee relationships, morale and engagement, and productivity and retention.
  • •Advise leaders on hiring decisions and workforce planning, and enable execution of annual performance management programs.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of relevant experience serving as an HR Business Partner for a high-growth organization.
  • •PHR, SPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
  • •Demonstrated experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
  • •Strong working knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, DEIB, performance management, and federal/state employment laws.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, including building relationships with leaders and following up to ensure resolution.
