Job Summary

OpenAI is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Representative for APAC to identify and advance enterprise opportunities, partner with Account Directors on strategy, and design outbound initiatives. You will lead discovery, map stakeholders, and help scale AI-enabled GTM processes, gaining exposure to enterprise sales, product strategy, and executive communications within regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Account Directors on account strategy, multi-threading, and deal progression
•Design and execute targeted outbound strategies using industry context, stakeholder mapping, and product signal to break into priority accounts
•Lead high-quality discovery to uncover business priorities, map stakeholders, and assess enterprise readiness
•Contribute to pipeline reviews by sharing outbound activity, account insights, and early competitive signals
•Build and iterate on AI-enabled GTM workflows (GPTs/Agents) to scale prospecting and qualification

Key Requirements

•4+ years of professional experience in enterprise sales or strategic customer-facing roles in finance or consulting
•Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
•Experience selling into regulated or complex industries (e.g., Financial Services, Life Sciences, Retail)
•Strong communication and executive presence; ability to communicate with senior C-Suite and technical buyers
•Genuine interest in AI landscape and ability to connect OpenAI products to business value
