Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end development of advanced analytics solutions across machine learning, deep learning, AI, optimization, simulation, data mining, and multivariate statistical methods.
  • •Source, cleanse, engineer, and validate complex/unstructured data to produce reproducible analytics with quality assurance and model governance.
  • •Own deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of production models in partnership with Data Engineering and ML Engineering, including CI/CD, drift detection, retraining, and performance monitoring.
  • •Partner with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and R&D to identify high-impact opportunities and deliver measurable ROI.
  • •Design and lead experimentation strategies (A/B testing and quasi-experimental approaches), and communicate findings via visualizations and business narratives to technical and non-technical audiences while mentoring junior data scientists.

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research) or equivalent practical experience.
  • •4+ years of experience developing and deploying advanced analytics, machine learning, and statistical models in production environments.
  • •Strong foundation in probability/statistics, supervised and unsupervised learning, forecasting, experimentation/causal inference, and optimization.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Python and/or R for scalable, modular, tested, version-controlled solutions.
  • •2+ years with SQL and modern data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, and Spark; plus experience with MLOps/software engineering practices (Git, Docker, MLflow, CI/CD, monitoring).
