Apply commercial and contracting policies while managing business and project risks pre- and post-contract. Ensure estimating approach consistency across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas by preparing personnel rate calculations, reviewing tender price tables, and maintaining quarterly and annual rate cards for regional/business use.
