Key Responsibilities

•Define and lead the overall test strategy for the turbofan development program, including selection and capability analysis of test means and related company.
•Oversee the planning and execution of all test campaigns (component and rig testing, module and core engine performance tests, FETT, Altitude Test, certification tests) including instrumentation plans for data acquisition and sensors selection.
•Oversee engine test cells and ground test infrastructure and propose adaptations when needed.
•Validate data-processing methodologies and approve test reports used for design/performance/certification validation while ensuring traceability with SEMP, V&V plan and compliance matrix.
•Ensure alignment between Testing, Systems Engineering, Product Engineering, Airworthiness and Manufacturing.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 10 years of experience in engine testing within turbofan propulsion or similar complex engineered systems.
