Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end reactivation-focused customer journeys, leveraging data-driven approaches to re-engage cancelled customers across segments.
•Develop detailed communication strategies for different segments, defining channels, timing, and creative direction (Email, Push, SMS, Direct Mail, Call Centre).
•Manage market performance for defined markets, aiming to hit targets for conversion, spend and CVA, and identify improvement opportunities.
•Track KPIs (CTR, conversion, profitability) and use insights to continuously optimize journeys for incremental reactivations and CLV.
•Design and execute A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and offers, and collaborate with Creative, Product Marketing, Analytics, CRM Operations and local teams to align strategies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in a marketing role with a focus on CRM, lifecycle marketing, customer journey design or audience segmentation (preferably subscription models).
•Ability to design and execute customer journey strategies while owning business targets across multiple markets.
•Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of CRM metrics (CTR, conversion, ROI) and experimentation, including A/B testing and segmentation.
•Proven collaboration and communication skills, with ability to translate strategy into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across creative, analytics, operations and brand teams.
•Openness to leveraging automations, machine learning, and AI to improve efficiency and personalization.
