Job Summary

Own and lead the People/HR technology domain for AD Ports Group, serving as the dedicated “one front door” for HC&E technology demand, roadmap, and delivery. You will manage end-to-end HR and workforce platform operations across HR, payroll, talent, and workforce capabilities, including AI-augmented and AI-native solutions. Partner with HC&E stakeholders, lead a mini-product team, and deliver stable, continuously improving, release-ready People technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end People/HR technology domain—relationship, roadmap, delivery, and operations—across HR, payroll, talent, workforce, and HC&E platforms.
•Lead as the dedicated technology partner and single point of contact for HC&E, capturing demand and shaping it into deliverable work.
•Maintain the People/HR technology roadmap (run, grow, transform) and manage the domain backlog and investments based on business value and need.
•Translate business needs into requirements, future-state process designs, and solution designs (configure, buy, build, or enhance), including integration design.
•Direct delivery and operations: test/validate changes, manage releases and hypercare, run day-to-day stability (L2/L3 support), manage vendors, and ensure disaster recovery readiness.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering, Business Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
•Relevant certifications in HR technology platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM), product management, project management, or service management.
•Strong understanding of HR and workforce application landscapes, including the AI landscape in this area.
•Experience with SaaS and on-premise platforms, systems integration, and service delivery models.
