Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure quality standards.
  • •Develop and implement process improvements to increase manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and maintenance to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • •Report directly to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work out of Freeport, IL on an On-site schedule.
  • •Support manufacturing operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements
