Key Responsibilities

•Understand the customer’s AI and data strategies and the AI agent usage use cases to guide successful adoption.
•Provide best-practice guidance for implementing Salesforce products and features for maximum business value.
•Offer expert, actionable advice to troubleshoot and resolve customers’ technical challenges.
•Advise on operational monitoring and governance for Salesforce environments and readiness for major product changes.
•Participate in architecture reviews and help promote strategic product utilization to customers and internal teams.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of strategic solutions planning and oversight for cloud-based technology implementations, plus 3+ years of Salesforce Core Platform hands-on experience
•Experience with AI/LLM technologies (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and prompt engineering
•Deep knowledge of data modeling and enterprise data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)
•Experience working with large, technically complex customers and delivering value under pressure
•Ability to communicate effectively with executives and translate technical concepts into business impact
