Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of the Elevate programme across 40 markets and evolve into full ownership of the GTS People Engagement Strategy. Define scope, governance, success measures, RAID and controls; partner with HR, Learning, Communications, and regional leads to shape campaigns and toolkits; and set quality standards for blended learning journeys, assessments, and engagement outcomes, while running forums, managing vendors, and using people data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Define Elevate programme scope, success measures, delivery approach, and governance across 40 markets and expand into the wider GTS People Engagement Strategy.
•Establish decision rights, delivery cadence, and controls to ensure consistent execution and accountability across Elevate and People Dimensions.
•Partner with HR, Learning, Communications, and regional/dimension leads to shape initiatives, toolkits, and campaigns that improve colleague engagement.
•Shape the end-to-end learning journey across Elevate strands, including blended learning modalities, AI-enabled tools, and formal assessments.
•Build and run an integrated programme plan (design, build, localisation, rollout, sustainment), including RAID/dependencies/change control and governance forums.

•Proven experience leading large-scale global programmes with end-to-end accountability for outcomes.
•Strong programme/project management capability, including planning, governance, RAID, dependency management, and change control.
•Experience in learning and development/training delivery environments, ideally blended learning with assessments.
•Experience in employee engagement, D&I, wellbeing, or culture and recognition programmes (or close partnership with HR/People functions).
•Experience designing and delivering people engagement or culture initiatives at scale with measurable impact on engagement outcomes.
