Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deliver, and facilitate instructor-led and virtual technical, safety, and power systems trainings.
  • •Create, maintain, and update curricula, lesson plans, and classroom reference materials.
  • •Support the EESS training department by coordinating training events, including setup, scheduling, travel, equipment, and materials needs.
  • •Manage student and course evaluations, cost tracking, and continuous improvement efforts within training programs.
  • •Instruct and demonstrate commissioning and maintenance expertise for electrical power distribution products and assemblies, including power circuit breakers, motor control centers, unit substations, power transformers, and protective relays.

Salary: USD 97,000 - 143,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution, or a technical certification from an accredited trade school, or military equivalent, plus at least 4 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing, or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment.
  • •Alternatively, 10 years of experience evaluating, testing, installing, or maintaining industrial and commercial power systems equipment.
  • •Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
  • •Maintain an active and valid drivers license.
  • •Apply safe electrical work practices described in NFPA 70E and OSHA 1910 Subpart S.
