Job Summary

Deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics through consultative partnerships with assigned business areas. Develop and maintain forecasts and scenarios in line with governance policies, communicate insights and recommendations clearly, and perform peer code review.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with business leaders to understand needs and develop technical requirements, business rules, and presentation methods for management information and analysis.
•Extract data securely and efficiently from the Enterprise Data Warehouse, application systems, approved data stores, and third-party sources; stage data for reporting or analysis.
•Design and build management-information solutions including ad hoc requests, recurring reports, high-complexity BI dashboards/visualizations, and business-decision models.
•Develop forecasts, predictive modeling, and prescriptive analytics; document, test, validate, and maintain models under data-and-modeling governance policies.
•Prepare descriptive-and-diagnostic analyses and visualizations, communicate findings/recommendations clearly, and conduct peer code review to ensure accuracy and efficacy.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., applied mathematics/statistics, data analytics, finance/economics, computer science, or management information systems).
•3+ years of professional data-and-analytics experience working with business leaders.
•3+ years of progressive mastery across descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics.
•Highly skilled with SQL (or similar tools) and strong database/data-management practices; able to source and use data independently.
•Expert-level Tableau or Power BI skills (or aptitude to master both) and ability to build and validate data-driven decision-making models.
