•Support clients with job search strategies, including resume review, cover letters, and LinkedIn review.
•Advise on networking, promotion strategy, general exploration, and salary negotiation.
•Host virtual coaching sessions and partner with the team to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on management consulting experience.
•Prior coaching or mentoring experience.
•A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both expertise and career.
•Ability to prepare clients for case interviews including case math, frameworks, presentations, and behavioral interviews.
