Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform semiconductor engineering research, design, development, and/or testing for products and devices used in the electronic communication industry.
  • •Design and develop GPU architectures that meet performance, power, and area requirements for ML workloads.
  • •Analyze and optimize ML algorithms and neural networks to maximize GPU performance and efficiency using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • •Develop and maintain architecture models, performance models, and simulation tools to evaluate and optimize GPU designs.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GPU architectures with ML frameworks and applications, including planning technical roadmaps for ML workloads.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of experience in GPU architecture design and GPU performance modelling for AI/ML workloads.
  • •Experience designing GPU architectures covering pipeline architecture, memory hierarchy, and parallel processing, and optimizing complex systems for performance and power.
  • •Programming experience with C, C++, and Python.
  • •Experience using architecture modelling and simulation tools (e.g., Gems, Sniper) and analysing performance of ML and LLM workloads and software optimization techniques on GPU hardware.
  • •Knowledge of GPU hardware architecture documentation, technical specifications, and architecture documents/guides.
