Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide oversight of execution for major renewable energy projects and programmes.
  • •Lead bid and proposal activities to support timely submissions and compliance with internal governance.
  • •Develop solutions aligned with client and market requirements by partnering with technical teams.
  • •Deliver renewable energy consultancy assignments including owner’s engineer, LTA, and feasibility studies.
  • •Grow the team by reviewing junior work for quality delivery and guiding/mentoring team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in electrical engineering or similar.
  • •Demonstrable experience leading teams, projects, and business in engineering consultancy or major project environments.
  • •Demonstrable experience in client handling while front-facing clients on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • •Business development experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, BESS) with experience as a seller-doer.
  • •Exposure to international projects and ability to secure and lead consultancy assignments (feasibility reports, TA, LTA, owners engineer).
