Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively manage a multi-time-zone CPO calendar (PST through EST), protecting deep-work time while balancing internal syncs, customer engagements, and speaking duties.
  • •Triage and track inbound speaking invitations, coordinating deck preparation, speaker briefs, and travel logistics.
  • •Own end-to-end execution for monthly product team meetings, including agenda setting, content/deck consolidation, tech logistics, and post-meeting action item tracking.
  • •Lead end-to-end planning, budgeting, and execution for company/leadership onsites, regional gatherings, executive retreats, and product summit events.
  • •Draft and refine executive communications using generative AI, automate repetitive workflows, and coordinate complex travel and high-touch customer engagements with complete confidentiality.

Key Requirements
