Manager, Risk & Control - Regulatory Communications

Lead the creation and delivery of customer-centric communications for regulatory initiatives such as AML/KYC, and provide consultation on improving communication processes. Partner with Governance & Control, local marketing teams, product, and technology teams to develop standardized communications strategies internationally. Drive projects that strengthen American Express’s legal and regulatory obligations while maintaining consistent brand tone, look, and feel across customer types.
