Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of an integrated growth strategy for high-volume issuance solutions serving financial card and government ID markets. Drive product and services solution roadmaps, pricing recommendations, market intelligence, and recurring-revenue initiatives across product management, engineering, customer operations, marketing, and strategic sales and channel engagement. Own global revenue and profitability goals, translate VOC into roadmap decisions, and manage and develop your team in a hybrid environment.

•Develop and present business case recommendations for new market opportunities, solution performance, and investment needs.
•Own and refine pricing strategy recommendations with a focus on simplification.
•Serve as product subject matter expert for marketing and sales training, and document solution requirements, use cases, and interface diagrams.
•Analyze market and industry trends, incorporate competitive intelligence and VOC into solution plans and roadmaps, and communicate market intelligence internally.
•Manage global revenue and profitability for assigned products; build and maintain segment roadmaps and lead people management responsibilities including hiring and performance management.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in an Agile-based development environment and creating detailed functional specifications for technical and non-technical audiences.
•Ability to travel up to 30%.
•Must be able to lawfully work within the US with unrestricted work authorization for US.
