Support the MPS Revenue team for U.S. Bank’s global merchant acquiring business by advising on partner acquisitions, including ISOs, ISVs, fintechs, financial institutions, and fourth-party relationships. Key Requirements

•Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association or other applicable state attorney licensing authority.
•Five or more recent years of experience practicing law in an in-house legal department or at a law firm advising business clients in a full-time attorney position.
•Experience negotiating and drafting agreements with partners.
•Ability to communicate complex legal concepts in layman terms to internal clients and external customers.
•Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with well-developed leadership and time management abilities.
