Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage design, implementation, and technical artefacts for technology lifecycles within ADCB engineering standards and guardrails.
  • •Build and implement standard, repeatable design patterns and components to meet business objectives and customer needs with security, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • •Oversee day-to-day implementation of technology and digital strategy, roadmaps, and prioritized initiatives across cross-functional squads to achieve agreed turnaround times.
  • •Lead incident/change/release management, including testing, incident management, troubleshooting, and release management with engineering teams and squads.
  • •Coordinate with external vendors to meet agreed SLAs and turnaround times, and ensure remediation plans for variances beyond tolerance thresholds.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • •At least 5 years’ experience designing and deploying enterprise-class storage in a mid/large organization.
  • •At least 3 years’ experience in incident management and resolution, software releases, and configuration management.
  • •Knowledge of enterprise storage technologies and platforms including SAN, NAS, and Object Storage (IBM, Dell EMC PowerMax/PowerStore, NetApp, Pure Storage).
  • •Knowledge of storage data services and operations (replication, migration, snapshots, backup, Fibre Channel, zoning, RAID, capacity and performance management), plus resilience and security practices (disaster recovery, encryption, ransomware protection).
