Use a consultative sales process to assess customer financial needs, build customer profiles, and recommend retail consumer and small business solutions. Proactively reach out using CAMP and approved marketing tools, cross-sell to existing customers, and conduct outside sales activities to grow revenue and meet production goals. Process teller transactions and support financial center operations while partnering with mortgage and business partners and maintaining confidentiality, ethics, and risk accountability.
