Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate Quality Control lab activities (incoming materials, physico-chemical, microbiology, sensory) to ensure efficient analyses and product release per specifications.
  • •Ensure compliance of inspection and physico-chemical, microbiological, and sensory analyses to promote reliable results and food safety.
  • •Validate analytical methods and qualify laboratory equipment and processes in partnership with Analytical R&D teams, following internal standards.
  • •Manage microbiology lab operations, including contamination control, sample management, and biosafety and regulatory compliance.
  • •Ensure compliance and continuous improvement through traceability, calibration/qualification, SOPs/control plans, internal/external audits, and corrective/preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of Quality Control experience in the food industry.
  • •Proven experience managing and developing teams.
  • •Experience in industrial environments with strong food quality and safety management systems.
  • •Intermediate or advanced English and Spanish are a differential.
