Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers delivering distributed microservices and full-stack solutions to meet regulatory needs.
  • •Use programming languages and databases (including RDBMS and NoSQL) with container orchestration and AWS services to build robust cloud-based experiences.
  • •Provide technical leadership and set standards for design, development, and operational excellence across Agile teams.
  • •Partner with architects to define service boundaries, integration patterns, and reusable frameworks.
  • •Identify improvement opportunities, perform targeted refactoring, reduce technical debt, and enhance system performance and observability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,300 - 225,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
  • •At least 4 years of software engineering experience (internship experience does not apply).
  • •At least 2 years of experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or virtualization technologies.
  • •7+ years coding with more than two of: Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Rust, C#, Scala.
  • •Experience creating synchronous and asynchronous APIs, plus 3+ years with database/database management systems and 3+ years with AWS/GCP/Azure or cloud-based productivity/virtualization technologies.
