Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive service order closure from a technical perspective.
  • •Identify gaps in existing use-cases and highlight gaps in existing services following PGP standard tasks.
  • •Coordinate customer rollouts and beta tests; create NPI deliverables and knowledge-sharing materials.
  • •Execute node solution definition and integration work (e.g., analysis, test plans, and integration requirements) within a competence/domain.
  • •Deliver training to colleagues and customers, mentor new hires, and support customer demo project planning including resource and machine planning.

Key Requirements

  • •MSc or PhD in technical fields (PhD a plus).
  • •Solid relevant experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute focused on lithography and node/process development.
  • •Experience in a customer contact/customer service role.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining focus on customer goals and relationships.
  • •Has gained knowledge of a subset competence (e.g., alignment).
