Job Summary

Support customers and business applications (AE, Brion, HMI) by sustaining, delivering NPI, and executing customer projects from both the field and HQ. Translate customer requirements into product capabilities, drive technical escalation support and service-order closure, coordinate rollouts and beta tests, and define/integrate node solutions. Deliver intermediate-to-advanced training, coach new hires, and produce data analysis and knowledge-sharing materials to demonstrate ASML product value.

Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Drive service order closure from a technical perspective.
•Identify gaps in existing use-cases and highlight gaps in existing services following PGP standard tasks.
•Coordinate customer rollouts and beta tests; create NPI deliverables and knowledge-sharing materials.
•Execute node solution definition and integration work (e.g., analysis, test plans, and integration requirements) within a competence/domain.
•Deliver training to colleagues and customers, mentor new hires, and support customer demo project planning including resource and machine planning.

Key Requirements

•MSc or PhD in technical fields (PhD a plus).
•Solid relevant experience in an IC manufacturing environment or research institute focused on lithography and node/process development.
•Experience in a customer contact/customer service role.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining focus on customer goals and relationships.
•Has gained knowledge of a subset competence (e.g., alignment).
