Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the worldwide deployment strategy, methodology, and playbooks used across all sites and contracts.
  • •Guide and coordinate local deployment teams, including hiring, training, and execution quality as the function scales.
  • •Serve as technical authority in the field, owning end-to-end system functionality and acting as the senior escalation point for technical issues.
  • •Oversee system configuration, testing, validation, and the acceptance process through to sign-off across sites.
  • •Coordinate between field deployment and engineering teams, relaying requirements, debugging needs, and updates in both directions.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in field deployment, systems integration, or technical commissioning on complex electronics systems.
  • •Experience leading, hiring, or building teams in field or operational environments.
  • •Hands-on hardware/software integration experience in operational environments (complex sensing/control systems a plus).
  • •Strong systems-level troubleshooting ability across hardware, software, and connectivity layers.
  • •Ability to build deployment structure and documentation from scratch and bring teams to operational autonomy.
