Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives while optimizing productivity and efficiency.
  • •Ensure engagement with customers and maintain a friendly, easy-to-shop environment; continue building client relationships daily.
  • •Analyze reports with leadership to strategize and deliver results, supporting action plans for deficient areas and growth opportunities.
  • •Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives throughout the store as needed.
  • •Maintain daily front- and back-of-house procedures per company Policy & Procedures, including assisting with shipment processing and merchandising/replenishment.
