Manager Director - Aerospace & Defense

Build and manage a profitable portfolio of aerospace and defense commercial lending relationships, originating, analyzing, structuring, and closing loan transactions while meeting customer, credit, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the point person for customer needs, maintain credit worthiness, and support ongoing portfolio management through underwriting, documentation review, and compliance monitoring. Lead cross-functional coordination with stakeholders and cross-sell treasury and business banking products to grow commitments.
