Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate, analyze, structure, and close profitable commercial loan transactions, including participation on larger deals.
  • •Maintain and confirm customer credit worthiness by gathering and tracking documentation and making lending decisions within lending limits.
  • •Participate in underwriting and due diligence by verifying financial information, analyzing financial statements, and conducting credit checks.
  • •Manage and review existing accounts and compliance/credit determinations, recognizing issues early and coordinating remediation and workout as needed.
  • •Coordinate with external stakeholders (attorneys, accountants, consultants, appraisers, title companies, and government agencies) and guide internal support personnel to complete transactions; cross-sell relevant bank products.
