Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with the store/general manager
  • •Support operational functions including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supply management
  • •Maintain and champion sales floor visual standards and stockroom standards and processes to support a safe work environment
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill business, team, and guest needs while executing operations-focused directives with the Operations & Visual Management team
