Own relationships with top foodpanda vendors as the primary point of contact—identifying and troubleshooting issues, improving performance, and strengthening vendor loyalty. Drive revenue by renegotiating commission/exclusivity and delivering monthly deals and promotions. Proactively manage restaurants with high fail rates, coordinate with internal teams, support operational/administrative needs, and assist the City Manager with ad-hoc tasks and offline events.
