Key Responsibilities

•Ship customer-facing product features primarily for our AWS-based PaaS across our stack, including Ruby on Rails backend, a React-TypeScript web app, a Terraform client (Go), and a Ruby CLI.
•Take technical ownership of the React-TypeScript web app—setting direction for frontend with AI-assisted velocity.
•Collaborate with Product and Design to clarify requirements, make tradeoffs, and deliver in small, high-quality increments.
•Partner with Design to define and build a shared component library ensuring consistent, high-quality UI across the product.
•Improve developer experience and internal tooling, including CI/CD, release processes, observability, and incident response tooling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,500 - 233,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience shipping production software as a fullstack engineer with a strong frontend focus (React-TypeScript) and ability to own features end-to-end.
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Proficiency in at least one mainstream language and comfort across a fullstack codebase (e.g., Ruby on Rails, Go, Ruby CLI, etc.).
•Experience with cloud infrastructure or distributed systems, and an understanding of security, privacy, and compliance implications.
•Familiarity with CI/CD, developer tooling, and improving developer experience for faster, higher-quality shipping.
