Underwriting Specialist - Construction Property (Addison, TX, US)

Underwrite complex new and renewal Builders Risk and Fixed Property/Inland Marine accounts for Zurich’s South Specialties Construction team. Serve as a subject matter expert while administering underwriting rules and rating guidelines, qualifying accounts to the organization’s appetite, and conducting planned broker/customer site and market-facing calls. Partner with Line of Business representatives, build relationships with select brokers, and proactively pursue renewal and growth opportunities in the South Central and Southeast regions.
