Job Summary

Lead and coach an Agile Release Train (ART) for the AN/TPY-2 software team within Missile Defense Sensors. Partner with Chief Product Owner, Product Owners, and Cross Product Team leads to remove barriers, escalate blockers, improve execution, and ensure alignment of sprint plans with program and customer priorities. Coordinate Scrum of Scrums, support scaled Agile increment planning and reviews, and track internal/external dependencies to help deliver products and services against agreed acceptance criteria.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a servant-based leader and coach for the ART, working with the CPO, CPT leads, and Product Owners.
•Identify and escalate blockers; facilitate barrier removal for the ART.
•Improve Agile execution through process improvements and data-driven decisions.
•Ensure Agile teams follow established processes and agile methodologies, including scheduling and driving Scrum of Scrums.
•Support scaled Agile increment planning/review events and align sprint plans and day-to-day execution with program and customer priorities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor’s in STEM and 5 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in engineering including system requirements definition/analysis, system test and analysis, systems engineering, software engineering, or software test and analysis using MATLAB, C/C++, Ada, Java, or DOORS.
•Experience with Agile principles and methodologies.
•Ability to obtain a U.S. government-issued Interim Secret security clearance prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required for the security clearance eligibility.
