Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the customer–BAE Systems interface on ammunition programmes, bridging cultural, language, and geographic barriers.
  • •Support delivery of a complex £400m+ technology transfer programme across three Polish manufacturing sites.
  • •Serve as the account management interface on technology transfer and future programmes, interpreting programme issues, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Translate across languages and cultures to enable seamless programme execution and support the establishment of future cooperation programmes.
  • •Manage UK-based teams deployed to Poland, ensuring they can work effectively and safely.

Key Requirements

  • •5–10 years in an equivalent account management role with strong relationship-building and networking skills.
