•Manage the SAE’s client engagement calendar and ensure on-time delivery of gifts, food, swag, and event tickets.
•Coordinate end-to-end logistics for events and follow-ups, from invitation through post-event actions.
•Identify net-new firms, new attorneys within accounts, and referral opportunities; monitor active cases for follow-up opportunities.
•Draft and send certain post-meeting follow-up emails and other outbound communications with SAE review and approval; book meetings with stakeholders.
•Keep HubSpot current with contact enrichment, meeting notes, activity logging, follow-up reminders, and pipeline reporting.
