Job Summary

Own and execute DeFi growth for the Americas by building protocol growth partnerships and driving institutional adoption across perps, lending, spot, and tokenized equities. Design and run liquidity/incentive programs, manage trader and desk relationships, and expand the retail base through funnel and creator-driven campaigns. Coordinate cross-functionally to ship programs and measure impact across TVL, volume, counterparties, and program ROI.

Key Responsibilities

•Own protocol growth partnerships with core venue teams (Phoenix/Ellipsis, Kamino, Jupiter/Jupiter Lend, Drift) across growth mechanics, integrations, and joint GTM.
•Drive institutional DeFi adoption by bringing asset issuers, market makers, and allocators onchain across perps, lending, spot, and tokenized equities.
•Design and run liquidity and incentive programs, modeling payout-to-outcome and stopping programs that only rent flow.
•Manage trader relations for the Americas, onboarding regional desks and feeding product requirements (latency, order types, margin treatment, listings) back to the team.
•Grow the Americas retail base and coordinate cross-functional delivery (legal, finance, product, marketing) while owning KPIs like TVL, volume, counterparties, desks onboarded, and program ROI.

Key Requirements

•Deep DeFi fluency, including perps microstructure, lending risk parameters, CLMM, and vault mechanics.
•A proven track record of moving key metrics (TVL, volume, or adoption) through growth or BD work.
•Institutional credibility, including experience closing with allocators, market makers, or issuers.
•Comfort owning protocol relationships as the primary interface for the role.
•An operator mindset with experience shipping and coordinating across US/EU/APAC hours.
