Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and lead the preparation, review, and approval of customer contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition under ASC 606 while partnering with Sales and Legal on deal structure and terms.
  • •Own and evolve ASC 606 revenue policies, including SSP analyses and allocations as products, pricing models, and contract structures change.
  • •Serve as a subject matter expert on ASC 606 and own the end-to-end revenue accounting process.
  • •Lead technical revenue accounting ad hoc projects (e.g., SSP analysis, product expansion, revenue policies).
  • •Streamline non-standard contract workflows with Legal and Deal Desk and support internal/external audits and technical accounting inquiries.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of technical revenue accounting experience focused on ASC 606/IFRS 15, with revenue recognition and OTC expertise required.
  • •Strong understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes and how technical accounting decisions affect operations.
  • •Experience with revenue recognition and OTC systems (e.g., Salesforce) or equivalent tools.
  • •Experience working in public and private accounting (Big 4 experience preferred) and SOX compliance knowledge.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field; CPA preferred.
