Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and troubleshoot enterprise networking across LAN, SDN, WAN, SD-WAN, data center networking, cloud networking, WiFi, and SLB.
  • •Configure and manage MPLS connectivity and WAN routers, including Cisco ASR/ISR and Juniper SRX/MX platforms.
  • •Support Cisco viptela and Silverpeak SD-WAN configuration and operations.
  • •Configure Cisco ACI components (tenants, bridge domains, endpoint groups, security policies, VRFs) and support leaf-spine DC LAN architecture.
  • •Work with SLB platforms (Citrix Netscaler or F5), analyze traffic using Wireshark/Pcap analyzers, and prepare network schematics using Lucidchart/Visio while using ITSM/APM tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate (preferably Science or Engineering) with good communications skills and a network certification such as CCNP or equivalent.
  • •8+ years of hands-on experience managing LAN, SDN, WAN, SD-WAN, data center networking, cloud networking, WiFi, and load balancing (SLB).
  • •Experience with ITSM and network/APM tools such as BMC Entuity, SNOW APM, and NPM tools.
  • •Strong understanding of VLAN/VTP/DTP, 802.1Q trunking, STP/MSTP, BGP, OSPF, static routing, ACLs, SNMP configuration, and Wi-Fi protocols (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax).
  • •Hands-on experience with MPLS and WAN routers (Cisco ASR/ISR or Juniper SRX/MX), plus Cisco viptela/Silverpeak SD-WAN, and SLB solutions (Citrix Netscaler or F5).
