Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment to meet required quality and productivity levels.
  • •Manage coating process activities by monitoring parameters and alarms and maintaining process control using SPC and procedures.
  • •Perform operational preventative maintenance, maintenance using hand tools and instrumentation, and complete required training within timeframe.
  • •Operate forklift and crane when required and ensure proper housekeeping, waste disposal, and safety compliance.
  • •Provide on-the-job training when requested, support cross-functional testing and problem solving, and ensure shift-change reporting and inventory levels.

  • •Math skills to understand and apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) concepts and the ability to work in a team environment.
