Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Review financial postings, accruals, and GL/Accounts Receivable account reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely reporting as requested by Local and Global Management.
  • •Invoicing of deal partners per sales reporting or contractual terms and review of manual journal entries; intercompany invoicing.
  • •Supervision of allocation of cash payments received against the corresponding agreements and monitoring of aged items in JIRA & Cadency with escalation as needed.
  • •Participate in Special Projects including Transformation Initiatives, Business Process Improvements, and system changes to improve daily processes.
  • •Communicate with management, affiliates and team members; coordinate with various teams on joint work items; act as emergency contact point for European affiliates and support time zone specific actions.
