Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage SBS Internal Acquisition across all channels to achieve defined growth and acquisition targets.
  • •Plan, execute, and continuously optimize marketing, sales, and telemarketing campaigns for the existing SBS card portfolio.
  • •Analyze relevant KPIs and data-driven measures to continuously improve conversion rates, sales success, and campaign performance.
  • •Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/service providers to successfully implement acquisition measures.
  • •Identify and implement optimization opportunities across the acquisition funnel and actively contribute to the development of the SBS Internal Acquisition strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed degree in marketing, business administration, or a comparable field.
  • •At least two years of professional experience in marketing, sales, performance marketing, or business development.
  • •Experience with campaign management plus strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimization, and data-driven marketing activities.
  • •Analytical mindset with experience analyzing KPIs and campaign results to derive optimization measures.
  • •Strong communication skills, teamwork, willingness to take responsibility, and very good German and English proficiency (written and spoken).
